A deposit of half the rental will secure your reservation, the balance is due before you get the key. A one week rental also requires a cleaning fee of $75. For less than one week rental, the cleaning fee is optional, if you wish to clean the cabin to leave it as you found it. Bringing your own sheets and towels makes a much quicker clean-up and is recommended if you live within driving distance.
